Brackloch is easily accessed from the A837 public road by way of a minor public road and the plots offer an ideal retreat for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and appreciate the wildlife which abounds including pine martens, otters, red deer as well as golden eagle, buzzards and other birds of prey. Inverness is about 90 miles to the south east where there is an excellent airport with regular daily flights to London and other European and UK cities. Lairg is about 44 miles away where there is a railway station and train services to Inverness and the south.

When travelling from Inverness, take the A9 north to the Tore roundabout. Then follow the A835 road for 48 miles to Ullapool. Pass through Ullapool and take the A837 road, passing through Ledmore Junction. About 16 miles after Ledmore, the turning into Brackloch is signposted on the left hand side of the road. Go down this minor public road for about 200 metres and the 2 plots are located on the right hand side of the road.

Mains Electricity is available close to the sites. Water will be from boreholes to be sunk within the plots. Drainage will be by a septic tank in each plot with soakaways within each plot. All services to be installed by the purchaser.
