Our Dear Colleague & Friend, Carole Cameron

It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our much‑loved colleague and friend, Carole Cameron, has passed away. After a long and very private battle with cancer, Carole peacefully succumbed to her illness on Monday, 9th February 2026.

Carole was at the heart of Ballantynes. A trusted friend, an exceptional colleague, and a remarkable leader, she shaped so much of who we are as a business. Her absence will be felt profoundly by all who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Many will be shocked by this news, as Carole chose to keep her illness private and continued to lead with courage, strength, and unwavering professionalism throughout. Her determination, humour, and kindness never faltered. We hold the deepest respect and admiration for the grace with which she continued to guide and inspire us to the very end.

Carole’s contribution to Ballantynes was extraordinary. For clients, partners, and colleagues alike, she played a central role in countless projects and relationships. As a team, we are committed to honouring her legacy by continuing her work with the same standards, dedication, and integrity that she championed every day.
