The House:

Designed for families and groups visiting the Cairngorms, the 34-bed bunkhouse offers three dormitories and two en-suite family rooms, as well as three further shower rooms and a large triple-aspect kitchen and living/dining room with a log stove. There is also a large reception hall/boot room and a practical utility room, plus a large wraparound deck with picnic benches.

All windows are predominantly double glazed. The house and bunkhouse are each heated by way of an oil-fired central heating system, supplemented with sustainable wood-burning stoves. The café is equipped with biomass (wood pellet) heating system and a solar thermal system. High-speed broadband with speeds of up to 50Mbps is also available.
