    The site extends to a Gross Acreage of 18.31 Acres and a Net Acreage of 15.81 Acres The site forms phase 2 of the original Stewart Milne development at Ballumbie. The site forms part of the golf course which has been redesigned to allow for development of the land. The site is access directly from Ballumbie Road and also through Phase 1.

    Detailed planning consent was granted on appeal in October 2021 under planning appeal reference PPA-180-2065. This follows planning application reference 20/0423/FULM being refused by Dundee City Council.
