Issue with washing machine, once engineer determined needed replaced on Thursday last week, Lindsay got landlords approval same day and it was ordered and fitted by following monday. Couldn't ask for quicker service!
All the staff I dealt with, at REAM and subsequently Ballantynes, were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly in their approach. They responded quickly to my queries and, as a tenant, I felt confident that it was a priority for them to solve any problems, ensure programmed maintenance and safety checks were carried out and, generally, to respect my rented accommodation as my home.
Absolutely amazing service. They took care of everything from start to finish helping me with various hurdles. They also are responsive and quick to fix any problems.

Very happy with this company - they look after both landlords and tenants very well and are very quick to respond to any questions or issues. I had a very bad experience with Belvoir (and so did the landlord) so this was very refreshing.

The woman was so lovely when she showed me round the property, i have had other experiences with other LET agencies who have hurried me round properties and have had lack of knowledge.
